Useful information

Southend Airport is an indoor venue, but on the day, please wear sensible shoes. There is plenty cover in case of  inclemant weather . The Cafe is a short walk from the flight briefing area, and is located in the Holiday Inn on floor 7. But please leave plenty of time to get back from the hotel to the briefing area (in the terminal) for your flight.  Always check the event weather and go ahead hot line and check your emails prior to leaving the house.
